Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Very warm water not hot
  • 1 Tablespoon Yeast 2 Tablespoons for fluffier rolls
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Sweetener honey, molasses, sugar, etc.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 1/2 Cups Flour any type you prefer

Instructions
 

  • Activate the Yeast: Start by combining the warm water and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

  • Mix in the Ingredients: Stir in the oil, sweetener, salt, and egg. Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing thoroughly. The dough will be sticky, but that’s okay!
    1/4 Cup Oil, 1/4 Cup Sweetener, 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Egg, 3 1/2 Cups Flour
  • Shape the Dough: Oil your hands to prevent the dough from sticking, and shape it into rolls, breadsticks, pizza, or any other shape you’d like.
  • Rest & Rise: Let the dough sit for 10 minutes. Not a minute more, not a minute less – this quick rise is what helps the rolls bake up soft and fluffy.
  • Bake: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Check to ensure they’re fully baked; you may need to add a few extra minutes depending on your oven.
