- Activate the Yeast: Start by combining the warm water and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.1 Cup Very warm water, 1 Tablespoon Yeast

- Shape the Dough: Oil your hands to prevent the dough from sticking, and shape it into rolls, breadsticks, pizza, or any other shape you’d like.
- Rest & Rise: Let the dough sit for 10 minutes. Not a minute more, not a minute less – this quick rise is what helps the rolls bake up soft and fluffy.
- Bake: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Check to ensure they’re fully baked; you may need to add a few extra minutes depending on your oven.
